| The beach at LOMBANG , 43km northeast of Sumenep, is long and lovely,
with white sand in all directions and a few warung located in the trees
behind. There are some direct minibuses from Sumenep at the weekends and
on public holidays, but otherwise you'll have to get a minibus to Legung,
from where it's 3km to the gate, and then 1km to the beach. On the track
down to the beach, Lombang Homestay (under $5) offers very simple
accommodation in the family house, with shared mandi. |
